Aspiring Software Developer, Creating Applications and Building Websites
My coding Journey began in late 2019, I was stuck and felt stranded, I wasn't sure what I wanted to become or where I wanted my career journey to lead me.
Then during a computer science lesson my teacher introduced me to Python, and it was that very lesson that I decided that I wanted my career to involve programming. I fell in love with the logical aspect of programming and found it oddly rewarding and fullfilling.
Currently my main focus is looking for opportunities to gain work experience as a Software Developer, but also learning skills that may also help me in a professional workplace setting.
When I'm not behind at my keyboard, I'm usually Sim Racing, Building Gaming PCs, or dabbling in some form of Motorsports.
Hi, I'm Imran - An Aspiring Software Developer based in the UK.
In my spare time I’ve taught myself how to use various different programming languages such as VueJS, C#, Python, HTML, React Native, and CSS.
During this work placement, my primary role is to assist in the development of web and mobile applications. I was personally responsible for the development of several components and views of the official TalabUk webpage and was taught how to use the VueJs framework and React Native.
I worked as an Intern Software Developer at Intelligent Tech Consulting. As part of my role, I’m being taught how to properly make use of available tools that can help me improve the quality of work I produce, such as AI and Stack Overflow.
Through college, I was assigned a 2-week work placement with 21K Digital Media, in which I could focus on and further develop my existing skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
A specific project that we worked on involved developing a webpage for a client from conceptualization to deployment, during this project my team's role was to provide drafts and mock-ups that were then given to the client as inspiration so they could help the team tailor their expectations for the final product.
As part of my college curriculum, I was assigned a work placement opportunity that involved practicing and developing my game development skills using Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Engine 5.
During this work placement, I created levels and mini-projects in Unreal and practiced exploding some of its features.
